Orders are shipped after we receive a cleared payment within 3-5 days after your order is placed.
We ship via Dhl, Fedex, Ups, delivery time to USA and Canada is 3 working days, 2 days for Europe and 5 days for Australia and New Zealand.
Please make sure to leave your phone number in the receipt for quicker communication.
All packages are delivered door to door and signature is required upon delivery.
Please make sure to provide your full shipping adress, unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Box adress.

We offer a 10% discount off your purchase if you proceed your order with direct credit or debit card payment

We do not offer returns for kilim rugs but in case the rug didnt work for you it can be changed for another rug of your choice.
We accept returns for kilim pillow covers, all shipping costs belong to buyer.

Make sure to contact us within a week after delivery. An item shall be returned in its original packaging and unused.
We return the pi̇llow cover pri̇ce except shipping fees or you can also have a credit in our shop instead.
